Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through specialrentalsmalaga.com or directly with Special Rentals Málaga (hereinafter "we" or "the provider"). By completing a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation by email and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the property is unavailable or information provided is incomplete.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A cleaning fee is shown separately. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
4. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: full refund
- Cancellation 15–30 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount is retained
- Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in: no refund
- In cases of force majeure (documented natural disasters, pandemic travel restrictions) we will seek an individual solution
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@specialrentalsmalaga.com. The date of receipt of the email is decisive.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is by 10:00 unless stated otherwise in the individual property listing. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional charge. The exact access code is provided after completion of the mandatory guest registration form.
6. House Rules and Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is stated per property and must not be exceeded. Pets are permitted only with explicit prior approval. Parties, events or commercial activities are not permitted in the properties. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Breaches of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
7. Guest Registration
Under Spanish Royal Decree RD 933/2021, all guests aged 14 and over are legally required to register before check-in. You will receive a registration link by email 2 days before arrival. Access to the property cannot be granted without completed registration.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, theft or third-party actions. Damage to the property caused by the guest or their party must be reimbursed by the guest. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is Málaga, Spain. Consumers resident in the EU have the right to submit complaints to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
